EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Returns

We have a 10-day exchange & return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unworn or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@greentana.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale and clearance items or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@greentana.com immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
